TENANT SCREENING SERVICES

We offer the following Tenant Screening Services (Please call for more details on Package Rates):

PROCESS SERVICE

All process is served according to Florida Statutes unless instructed otherwise.  Prices Upon Request.

Normal Service: Any service that does not need to be attempted within 3-5 working days of receipt.  It is our general policy to attempt service within 3-5 days of receipt and make a total of 3 attempts in a 7 day period at various hours of the day.

Priority Service: Any service that needs to be served within 24 to 72 hours of receipt.  This includes service that is ready to be picked up by us by 10:00am and does not need to be issued.

Same Day Service: Any service that has to be served on the same day of receipt and is not ready for pickup by 10:00am or that has to be issued by the clerk of courts.

Hourly & Mileage: Any service that requires special attention and that does not fall within the above listed guidelines.  This includes service by surveillance.

VIDEO SERVICES (Prices upon request)

• Videotape Depositions (2 hour minimum)    

• Video Duplication (VHS, 8mm, DVD, and Digital via computer)
